Caterspot is an online F&B start-up that specializes in B2B catering services across Hong Kong and Singapore. I was one of the only two staff in Hong Kong, I had to juggle between tasks as I was in charge of operations, recruitment, contingency planning and many other projects simultaneously. It was a job that boosted my learning curve!--> Oversaw operations across the Hong Kong region in an online F&B start-up that provides catering solutions to corporations--> Managed a fleet of 25 drivers and walkers--> Responsible for fleet recruitment and structuring. Constructed framework and implemented designs for delivery equipment and inventory management--> Proposed, implemented, and evaluated schemes for quality assurance and contingency planning to ensure a streamlined delivery process--> Worked closely with Operations team in Malaysia and Singapore and our vendors for daily logistics and operations

I teach all age, all levels, and also from private class to group class. I customize my teaching style for each and every student as they come from different background, and therefore understand in a distinctive way. I believe in the power of interactive learning and synergy, I encourage my students to learn from others and have fun along the way!I plan students' progress, conduct training, examine their level, choreograph programs for public competitions and performances. I also have collaborated with other coaches for big productions up to 80 people, ensuring consistent communication from top to bottom.

In the dynamic world of aviation, a supportive team, effective communication and precise information are what it takes for a seamless flight operation.I took part the in behind-the-scene of a flight, I was responsible for coordinating a flight upon its arrival and prepare it to be ready for the next departure. I was there to ensure a smooth process and do it under a time-constrained schedule. I was the central person of communication between airline personnel, pilot, aircraft engineer, dispatcher, passenger service department, cargo department, load control, etc. I dealt with unexpected situations everyday, I learnt much about situational awareness, crew resource management and maximization of efficiency. It was a fulfilling experience!
