Putting pressure on Southern Water to stop sewage pollution in Kent, Sussex and Hampshire

My role included managing the workload for our team of designers, artworkers and retoucher. I continued to manage the Partners Andrews Aldridge work as well as taking briefs from the other agencies within the Engine group. All work would be briefed in through me and I’d ensure artwork was created to high standards, adhered to brand guidelines and met deadlines.

My role was split between Creative Artworker and stepping into the Manager role to take briefs when the Studio Manager wasn’t available. We worked closely with the creative teams to produce outstanding work across a wide range of marketing communications. Key clients included Rolls-Royce, BMW, John Lewis, Santander, Neptune, Coral and Wickes.

Freelance engagements included:Partners Andrews Aldridge, Maverick, Elvis, Alphabet Advertising, The Marketing Store, Kastner & Partners and MBA.

The majority of the work that came through the studio was artworking press and DM as well as visualising for pitches and new business. Key clients include Dorchester, GM, Heal’s, Post Office, Savanna Cider, SC Johnson and TDA.

A highly technical role in a disciplined studio focussing on attention to detail, typography and producing award winning DM work including a DMA Grand Prix. Key clients include Land Rover, Orange, Diageo, Unilever, Boots, first direct and Virgin Trains.

Seeing jobs from scamp stages, developing initial visuals, searching for images on image libraries, dealing with the client throughout the amendments process and to sign off stage. Working on a variety of projects – from stationery, packaging, brochures and magazines for clients such as Lexus, Toyota, New Covent Garden Soup, BT, Marks & Spencer, RM, Golden Wonder and Coffee Nation.

This position involved seeing jobs from visuals right through to passing jobs on press and everything in between! All types of design work was undertaken at Shoot The Moon. I liaised with clients when going through amendments and production. I also learnt an understanding of the repro process.
