Plurality Institute is a hub for the plurality research community. We bring together researchers across discipline who are studying human cooperation at scale. HandUp is a direct donation system for people experiencing homelessness and the nonprofits that serve them. It has raised $7.4M to date. | My role: Advised on organizational and platform strategy. Attended regular advisory board meetings and 1:1s with program director.

My role spanned from vision to execution: hiring, fundraising, product strategy, marketing and PR. | HandUp has been featured on NPR, CNN, WSJ, Wired, Techcrunch and many other publications. In 2014, I was named in the Top 100 People in Tech by Business Insider and in 2015 HandUp won the Webby Award for Best Charity People’s Choice.

Vicarious is a computer vision research organization and robotics company. | My role: Help develop ethical governance framework in collaboration with academic partners; research coordinator for collaboration with MIT on automation and workforce impact study; plan, hire, and manage website redesign process; recruit and manage hiring process for Head of People and Executive Assistant to the CEO positions; help select and implement internal platform for employee feedback and recognition.

GiveCrypto is a direct cash transfer program for people living in poverty around the world. | Served as interim CEO helping to launch GiveCrypto.org. Setup fiscal sponsorship. Helped create mission statement, website, marketing videos, social media. Contributed to initial fundraising effort with $2M+ raised. Assisted in onboarding new CEO.
