I have managed 5 projects simultaneously involving collaboration with all levels of stakeholders and external vendors.Key Projects:Learning Management System: Supporting the Learning and Development team, I was accountable for managing all project activities, across multi functional teams, from request for proposal, vendor selection and management to the implementation of a new robust enterprise wide Learning Management System.ADP Workforce Now: I was responsible for implementing a new consolidated Canada wide HR system (ADP Workforce Now) that included transitioning six separate systems into one consolidated tool coordinating activities across multi platform business units and collaborating with vendor (ADP) to ensure smooth integration. Anti-Terrorism Financial Reporting: In my capacity as Project Manger I supported the Compliance Department in their search for a new Canada wide Ant-Money Laundering tool that would support the Canadian business. From Request for Proposal, to vendor analysis and reward through to project completion I oversaw and managed the implementation, I oversaw and managed of a new anti-money laundering system with Strategic Info Tech (SIT).Annual Policyholder Taxation Year End Tax Reporting: As the Project Manager assigned to the annual policyholder tax reporting project I was responsible for managing all the activities , across 11 teams, related to creating and mailing client tax slips and reporting to the CRA.

During the acquisition of Blackmont Capital from CI Investments I was responsible for supporting the Project Manager in the migration of networks and business processes from CI to Macquarie. I oversaw various activities including: branding changes to the back office system, client account statements and transaction confirmations as well as the migration of private wealth tool.
