• Interacting with hiring managers and understanding the requirements and relevant skill set of candidates• Maintaining database of prospective candidates.• Screening candidates profiles sourced through portal (Naukri, Monster and LinkedIn), employee referrals, HR consultants and validating them on their experience and interest on the role. • Scrutinizing, pre-screening the candidate.• Scheduling & coordinating the interview between Candidate & Business.• Interacting with the shortlisted candidates for final closure and offer• Assisting employee in all pre-Joining formalities • Preparing reports on the number of closure, internal movements, and offer decline numbers to ensure the flow of work to reach the aspire rates. • Maintaining daily/ weekly/monthly reports such as interview status reports, closure reports & feedback reports.• Assisting new joinee for on boarding process• Ensure the timely completion of HR policies and Processes (incl.
