As an interdisciplinary artist and communications professional, I'm most fulfilled when I can blend my creativity with strategy and storytelling. With an MFA in Studio Art from the University of Texas at Austin and extensive experience in marketing, communications, and digital content creation, I bring a creative perspective to every project I take on. My artistic practice spans photography, sculpture, and print, with a focus on exploring the materiality of digital images, while my professional career has allowed me to build strong expertise in strategic communication, digital marketing, and community engagement.I have dedicated my career to advancing the communications efforts of mission-driven organizations committed to combating climate change and protecting our planet's biodiversity. This includes impactful work with organizations such as Conservation Legacy and The Center for Biological Diversity, where I helped develop communications strategy, managed social media campaigns, developed engaging content, and supported grassroots organizing efforts. I am particularly passionate about empowering individuals and organizations to tell their stories in authentic and impactful ways. Currently, I am the Communications Manager for Solar United Neighbors' West Region.When I'm not working, you can find me taking photos or making art, swimming in the nearest body of water (even if it's a public pool), or hanging out with my fiancée and our mini dachshund, Peanut Butter.
