Producing a TV series regarding a “Healthy lifestyle” and presenting evidence based physiotherapy.So far “94” programmes have been produced on a weekly basis and broadcasted in two TV shows (ManoTo and Irane Farda TV network) with more than 20 million viewers all over the world. In addition all the programmes have been uploaded to our YouTube channel and social media. The response and feedback from the audience has been incredible and it shows that there is a great interest in health related programmes presented by physiotherapists.

During my career, I have treated many elite and professional athletes, with different sport injuries including football, martial arts, boxing, sailing, fencing, weight lifting, wrestling, tennis, rugby, running and polo. This opportunity has enabled me to develop extensive experiences and the right management skills for sport injuries.Meanwhile, I have studied the long term effect of each sport such as over training, postural issues, stability, muscle imbalance and the consequences on our body.
