Rose Daniels is a gifted communicator, organiser, and leader. After beginning her career in the event management field, she transitioned into managing projects in late 2021. Currently Rose works at Compassion Australia in the Projects, Research and Analytics team. As well as leading high-priority ministry projects, her team is responsible for maintaining project management standards and practices across the organisation. Rose also facilitates the governance process for the ministry’s strategic projects and provides training and coaching to build project management capability across the organisation. In Rose’s previous role at Compassion, she organised events and tours, provided servicing for major givers and managed volunteers. This included several charity cycles, a fundraising ball, volunteer events, acoustic concerts and events for pastors and major givers. She has also organised speaking tours with guests from the Philippines, Indonesia, South Korea, Rwanda, Kenya and Uganda. The pinnacle of her time in the role was organising Compassion’s first across Australia charity cycle, the Ride for Compassion Coast to Coast, which raised over $370,000 and saw 93 children sponsored. Rose is also committed to building a positive workplace culture, encouraging her colleagues to celebrate birthdays, work anniversaries and achievements. You’ll often find her in the kitchen sharing some home-baked goodies and connecting with the Perth team. Rose loves being on the Compassion Australia team and using her gifts and skills to release children from poverty in Jesus’ name.
