- Responsible for the creation and development of an integrated communications plan. Primary elements consisted of: bi-annual magazine, weekly e-communications, school website, and targeted promotional brochures. - Created, designed and coordinated printing for all advancement publications, including bi-annual magazine, parent handbook, and admission materials. Coordinated a printing budget in excess of $20,000.- Coordinated school website redesign utilizing a staff of external consultants. Developed and approved website specifications while managing the project timeline. - Created, designed, purchased and placed advertising, including school news and press releases in D Magazine, Dallas Child, Baby Dallas, Dallas Morning News, PeoplePapers, Park Cities News, The Advocate and Home & Heritage.- Assisted in the planning and coordinating of major school fundraising events including auctions and parent club events. Fundraising events raised new donations.
