Head of Programmes for STEM focused Social Mobility programmes for young people aged 13-25.

Leading the GG team to deliver STEM social mobility programmes to young people, from age 13 to graduate level. Responsibilities and Achievements:- Leading on the recruitment, training and onboarding of a database of 100+ Corporate and Student Volunteers - Successful re-launch of GG’s ‘Junior Genius’ Scholarship for aspirating, young STEM enthusiasts - Strategy team lead for GG’s Digitisation Project - Ongoing development lead of GG’s careers focused ‘Progression of Skills’ Framework - Collaborating with numerous STEM sector partners on planning, co-designing and delivering multiple employability workshops and events (online and in-person)

Consultant Trainer supporting schools to successfully deliver Ruth Miskin’s multiple Literacy programmes (Spelling, Phonics, Fresh Start for KS2+ pupils)

- Whole school responsibility for overseeing the teaching of History, including delivering staff CPD sessions on these areas- Teaching the National Curriculum to Primary aged pupils- Consistently graded as a Good/Outstanding Teacher (Ofsted Critieria)- Using Pupil Asset to record and analyse Student Data

- Leading Key Worker teams (max team size of 18 employees) delivering Education Programmes aimed at improving educational outcomes for unemployed and/or disadvantaged young people- Managing a DFE funded employability focused Study Programme across two locations- Managing a £500k+ budget and producing monthly finance reports based on the P&L- Collecting and analysing quantitative and qualitative data to inform the continuous improvements of the charity’s educational programmes - Coordinating the recruitment and induction of new staff members- Identifying funding streams and writing on bids/tenders to offer programmes to a wider range of stakeholders and secure additional revenue.

- Project managing The London Education and Inclusion Project a randomised control trial of Catch22’s Engage in Education Programme aimed at reducing school exclusions across London schools- Working with corporate partners to recruit, train and coordinate Corporate Volunteersdelivering employability focused workshops across the Catch22 education programmes- Presenting at national and international events and conferences- Recruiting, training and managing a team of 11 Key Workers and a Project Coordinator- Winner of a Project Oracle Evaluation Protocol Excellence award

- Managing a department of 4 history teachers within a challenging, comprehensive London Secondary School. - Developing resources and teaching History to students aged 11-16, many of whom had English as an additional language, behavioural difficulties and/or special educational needs. - Establishing a new virtual learning platform for staff and students.

- Teaching secondary History lessons to students aged 11-18- Responsible for overseeing the Sixth Form students’ pastoral well-being and monitoring achievement and standards across Key Stage 5- Working with local universities to organise careers events - Planning and going on a British Council school partnerships trip to Rwanda
