She introduces new fund raising ideas and promotes events to keep the programs she oversees up and going to provide the services in which she wholeheartedly believes. Besides her many administrative, organizational, and operational responsibilities, she fields most incoming phone calls and email requests for funds from grieving families who have lost a child. Each call and request receives her personal, heartfelt attention. Compassionately helping families in mourning deal with their overwhelming grief is a heart-breaking task, only performed by the most emotionally strong, sensitive, and understanding of us. She is CPR2U's best advocate. Funding and providing support for a free and low-cost CPR AED community training and education program is arduous and time consuming. Regardless, Rose always remembers and values CPR instructors who volunteer and solely work to help others as she works on their behalf. As resources become more scarce and fewer donations are provided, innovative solutions are sought and achieved. Rose believes that if more people are trained in life-saving skills, perhaps she'll get fewer calls from devastated families.
