I am a nonprofit professional who is passionate about impact, health, and organizational development. I currently work as a Senior Program Officer at the Colorado Health Foundation, where we strive to bring health in reach for all Coloradans.I worked at the Health Care and Economic Security Staff Development Center (SDC) for the Colorado Department of Health Care Policy and Financing (HCPF) for nearly three years. I worked in collaboration with my team to make the SDC a fully-functioning training center for eligibility sites statewide. I developed and facilitated numerous trainings for Medical, Food, and Cash Assistance, and helped implement the Affordable Care Act (ACA). I received my Master's in Nonprofit Management last year from Regis University. My undergraduate work as at Pomona College where I personally designed a major in Nonprofit Organizational and Economic Development.I am passionate about my work in the field of Philanthropy, and hope to make it more equitable and effective. I want to help make nonprofit and public organizations effective, efficient, and sustainable. I have experience in consulting, organizational analysis, training, philanthropy, nonprofit management, evaluation, fundraising and event planning.
