Global Prairie is a marketing consulting firm that works to advance business as a force for good. Our team works to help our clients unlock value from purpose and drive shared value for their customers and the world around them. As a 2024 Junior Associate at Global Prairie, I learned first-hand about the power of being a B-Corp, the value of employee-ownership, and how to harness artificial intelligence to analyze data and the strategic focus of global companies such as BASF on sustainability and regenerative agriculture.

Organize and host multiple TEDx Northwestern events with highly esteemed scholars and leaders to present ideas to the university community; Design graphics for social media and print advertising using Adobe Creative Suite; Identify and invite speakers and help facilitate their presentations.

Organize and lead philanthropy events to secure donations to Service for Sight, a non-profit providing access and advocacy for those in the blind or visually impaired community; Coordinate activities among campus-wide panhellenic organizations; promote and encourage greek life community members to attend and contribute to other organizations’ philanthropic causes and service events.

Student-run philanthropy that brings in community members to fundraise all year leading up to 30-hour dance to benefit selected non-profits. Since 1975, NUDM has raised over $22 million for over 30 different charitable organizations; Promote events by writing press releases, creating graphics and acting as a liaison between NUDM and outside news organizations; Lead team of eight in designing print and digital design projects (using Adobe Creative Suite) for NUDM marketing activities, including event promotional materials and graphics for social media, print and online posters, banners, and menus.

Editor-in-chief for The Harbinger, one of the top student-run high school newspapers in the nation. The Harbinger is a 32-page print color newspaper publishing 16 issues per school year and updated online daily.
