I was coordinator for the Pilgrim Congregational UCC site of the non profit Summer Lunch Program providing free lunch for children in need under the age of 18 from June 21 - Aug 6. We served a total of 818 lunches during this 7 week program meeting over 125 different children

Organization Effectiveness 2008 - 2010Coordinated requests and identification of needs among the 10 regions and 1300 healthcare locations within North America with appropriate deployment of resources. Established of Organizational Effectiveness (OE) eRoom as an electronic data repository for ARAMARK OE Community which included a total of 21 users and the many tools, systems and processes which were found to be essential for consistency and success within the accounts and established OE Expectations Designed supporting processes used in the partnership among ARAMARK and the American Association of Nurse Executives (AONE) in producing the Guiding Principles for Building Relationships among Nursing and Support Services Designed a multi phase process to assist teams and accounts who were failing to execute on their deliverables - this Discovery Process is patent pending at this time.Established specific expectations for members of the OE Community including role of Specialist and Manager in accounts with associated competencies and training. Designed and presented Organization Effectiveness capabilities and i-impact business management process during sales or growth opportunities. Assisted with start-up activity in new accounts including interviews, building teams and establishing communication plans for successful of roll-out of new business. Led training for both hourly and management employees on various topics including change and transition management, conflict resolution, communication, people development and service excellence.Ensured relationship building and stronger partnerships through personal meetings with executive leadership of hospital organizations. Coordinating communication between nursing and support services departments and building on strengths among both and establishing common goals.
