For many years, I have worked as a project manager, business analyst, and product owner for Digital and Data Solution type projects. I have worked on multiple projects and with many teams that have designed, developed and deployed custom web applications. I have experience in business strategy analysis and process improvement. My areas of expertise include program/project management, business/product analysis, agile/scrum methodology, data analysis, and team dynamics coaching. Engineering education and experience, sophisticated written and verbal communication skills resulting in effective leadership, and work well in teams and individually. Creative spirit and always open to learning and expanding my knowledge and experience.I had my own practice in aerial performance and yoga therapy. My practice lead me to opening a small business to facilitate a space for artists to train, create, and collaborate, and to teach classes and workshops. As of the last few years, I have moved into the non-profit space, looking for work in social, gender, and environmental justice.
