Roselin is an accomplished leader with success in rapidly growing companies pre- and post-IPO. She is a strategic global leader who has lead diverse teams across the globe, including people operations and employee experience teams, with over a decade of experience at three startups (Yelp, Opendoor and most recently Houzz). She joined Yelp with less than 1,000 employees, leading sales recruiting efforts that helped grow to 5,000 + employees. When joining Opendoor in 2017 with 7 markets, she scaled the recruiting team from 8 to 30 + to support high growth hiring needs to now being a public company with 30 + markets and growing. She is passionate about building teams, developing people foundation fundamentals, and instilling delightful customer and candidate experiences. She has demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruiting, DE&I, people programs, employer branding, and leading strategic initiatives.
