At ATG I am involved in a myriad of projects from Short Range Transit Plans to Metropolitan Transportation Plans.I have conducted analysis on the following areas of planning: Transit, Active Transportation, Demographics, Equity, Environmental, Roadway, and Freight. • Work closely with a team of Transportation Demand Management (TDM) & Outreach Specialists to develop and implement a suite of TDM strategies, programs, projects, and activities to encourage healthy transportation options to a variety of audiences including residents, students, and employers. Work alongside planning staff to develop a stronger connection between TDM strategies and the implementation of the City's comprehensive plan. • Manage the development and implementation of small capital programs for infrastructure improvements and programs for employers/organizations to support trip reduction. Facilitate partnerships with external transit agencies, social service agencies, local jurisdictions, and other stakeholders.• Collaborate with social service agencies to further recognize the existing equity issues and tailor outreach and education to diverse communities. Prepare and present transportation options training to educate and inform participants of site specific mode options, active transportation options, and the positive health impacts of making smart trip choices. • Develop innovative monthly incentive programs. Utilize marketing, outreach, education, and gamification technology to encourage and support the public through campaigns that encourage non-drive alone trips. Track and analyze participation and craft targeted emails to participants using Mail Chimp. • Develop and promote a new TDM brand name and webpage as a local resource, increasing the prominence and visibility of TDM programming and strategies in the City and South King County. Develop infographics to visually report on accomplishments and success of programs. • Leadership on Tukwila’s Office 365 Committee. Work with an internal team to provide guidance on best practices for SharePoint and shape the City's process of adopting new technologies and work flows.

Implement and manage North Seattle Colleges’ Commute Trip Reduction (CTR) program and the Seattle College District Transportation Management Plan (TMP). Promote the program for all employees, students and campus guests. Provide general information to the college community regarding transportation issues, and the NSC Transportation Management Plan. Complete and distribute annual report(s) and surveys required by the City of Seattle and King County Metro. Tabulate and publish results to campus as appropriate.
