• Responsible for the overall success of the SAP Business One project implementation; • Responsible for the day-to-day management of the project activities; • Ensure compliance to project scope and work plans; • Provide leadership and direction to the project team; and • Evaluate the impact of additional work and scope changes in the functionality of SAP Business One and time schedule and budget of the project.Industry: Distribution (Retail), Manufacturing, Service (Manpower)

• Review and approve Accounts Payable Voucher amounting to P20,000 and above and below P20,000, respectively;• Direct the accounting system of the Center, documenting policies and procedures for the organization;• Ensure that all accounting and financial transactions conform to generally accepted accounting principles and applicable international reporting standards;• Review internal controls ensuring these are consistent with best practices and are always upheld identifying functional areas where controls have to be further improved; and• Comply with the financial and reporting requirements of the Board of Trustees and of the Government.

• Review and understand the process and control points being tested for IBS’s Shared Service Center and Access Management;• Review and understand the test plan;• Ensure all control points are tested regularly;• Perform and evaluate the results of compliance testing on a monthly basis and provide timely feedback; and• Maintain supporting documentation.

• Assesses clients’ compliance with local and International Accounting Standards; test the reasonableness of financial statement figures; and evaluation of relevant disclosures in the financial statements;• Participates in client’s meeting with the management to discuss audit plans and results, including the financial issues identified;• Gains extensive understanding of the clients’ accounting system;• Excels in communication and interactions with clients, resulting in ability to quickly gather appropriate information and meet client needs;• Performs a full spectrum of accounting functions including audit testing for numerous accounts, test of controls, evaluation and documentation of accounting systems.
