Virtual Assistant mostly handling travel itineraries and scheduling

-Responsible for financial accounts including budgets and cash flow -Records and Reports day-to-day financial operations-Monitor and handles company expenses-Prepares monthly payroll of staff and manpower supply-Manages project invoices, income, receipts and payments-Prepares Financial Statements on Monthly, Quarterly and Annual basis -Prepares Quotations and Contracts with Clients-Connects with Suppliers for material procurement

-Prepare invoices and receipts for travel tours and hotel booking -Prepare statements showing income and transactions -Customize travel packages-Assist with Flight, Hotel and Transport bookings

-Document and evaluate the internal control measures and procedures and report on areas of noncompliance-Provide recommendations for process improvements-Evaluate and report internal control deficiencies/status to senior management and executive management-Attend walkthroughs to test control design/operating effectiveness -Provide audit support for the external auditors-Build a strong relationship with the stakeholders and external auditors

-Review of Business Warehouse Reconciliations-Perform SAP -BW and BW-BFC reconciliations for EMEA and LATAM regions-Perform Balance Sheet and Profit/Loss account reconciliations -Execute monthly journal posting-Prepare CPC calculations and allocations-Month-end BFC reporting-Timely submission of deliverable-Root cause analysis and resolution-Participate on process improvements-Provide support in internal and external audit
