- Responsible in recruitment process, interview, test, selection and recommends potential employees tofill the vacant positions. - Scheduled and organizes interview of applicant to Human Resource Officer and Heads and conducts initial interview.- Conducts background checks of potential employee. - Provides assistance to Human Resource Officer in including company's policies and procedures orientation for new employees. - Assists with processing of Disciplinary Actions, Suspensions and Termination.- Providers the assistance to Human Resource Officer and supervisors in conducting performance evaluation of employees.- Process coordinates and process budget and payment Department Heads'​ and Supervisors'​ request of outside training.- Schedule meeting and interview as requested by Human Resource Officer.- Ensure that all vacant and needed positions have Manpower Requisition for approval from the requesting department, supervisor or head. - Prepares correspondence and memorandum.- Prepares contract for new employees and assist in preparation of change of status form. - Prepares new employees 201 record file, assist the employee in payroll account enrollment, and registration of SSS, Phil health and other government mandatory documents. - Monitors employees birthdays, events and activities and post the notice to its respective ares. - Provides assistance and recommends program for Monday Assembly and other company's activities. - Monitors and ensures compliance of company policies and procedures based on company's discipline handbook. - Prepares SSS, Pag-ibig, Phil Health, and other employees sickness reimbursement and loan benefits. - Prepares monthly tardiness and Monday assembly attendance report. - Ensures HR file management for Recruitment, Employees 201 file, Training and Development, performance Evaluations, Memos, company activities, are all in orde, updated and can be retrieved in 5 minutes. - Ensures 7s compliance within the working area.

RECRUITMENT* Assist the HR Officer in the recruitment, selection & hiring process of personnel - Calls and text candidate applicants for exam & interview schedule- Conducts initial interview of applicants (Direct & Agency Staff)- Administer exam of qualified applicants for the job opening- Facilities interview of applicants to specific Department head/Manage PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATION- Handles daily mailing services including stamps requisition & monthly report.- In-charge of office forms issuance, printing request, inventory & monitoring.- In-charge of office medicine & medical supply issuance, monitoring request.- Perform photocopying and fax services for HRD.- Conducts annual inventory of office facilities, equipment and furniture. - Type letters, reports & other correspondence for HRD including emails.- Take telephone messages & applicant inquiries on job opening/follow ups. - Assist in the yearly preparation of school package, Christmas Package, uniform selection, annual physical exam schedule, and other annual activities.
