Rosemaree joined Minter Ellison in 2002 as an articled clerk and was admitted as a barrister and solicitor of Victoria in March of 2003. She has particular experience in many areas of insurance related litigation including product and public liability and Coronial Inquests. She also has experience in professional indemnity claims and has acted on behalf of various solicitors, insurance brokers, engineers, valuers and accountants. Rosemaree has advised on the application and interpretation of insurance policies, including dual insurance situations.
