I do not have a problem with decision-making, but I like to base it on co-workers knowledge, and I prefer to share success or point it in the direction it is well earned. I believe in the power of good mood, a positive spirit, and hard work.Drive: My drive is problem-solving. I prefer to ship the boat, which has taught me to hold focus on the process until the mission is complete.Experience: Both as a founder of a social-economic enterprise in Women's Health Care and business innovator as well as chairman of boards I have worked with both public and private sector, not-for-profit and for-profit companies. Through experience, I have come to understand both needs and wants. This as well as meeting the needs of the individual and bringing these needs to i.e. healthcare system has taught me the importance of being a bridge builder.
