A founding member of the Trusts in house coaching provision accessible to all staff as a confidential and impartial service fully aligned with the organisational plan for staff performance and wellbeing. I cultivated client relationships based on mutual trust and respect with my challenging, empathetic, and goal-focused coaching style. My portfolio of clients included Executives, Consultants, Midwives, Nurses, Therapists and Managers. As a founding member of the in-house mediation service working closely with HR and service leads to provide timely and impartial mediation to resolve conflict in the workplace. Gained experience in resolving chronically embedded conflict and developed a special interest in departmental and organisational culture as a result.Key Accomplishments • My coaching conversations with staff led me to initiate and implement a staff health and well-being facility co located in clinical areas to provide temporary respite away from a stressful work environment allowing staff to return to their patients clear headed and refreshed. Positively evaluated by staff and subsequently rolled out across the Organisation.

Operational Lead for divisional performance delivering against national and local healthcare priorities whilst optimising clinical quality, patient safety and user experience. Key Accomplishments • I was appointed in a leadership role at sector level to lead partner initiatives specific to coordination and re-organisation of care at a system level involving significant stakeholder interface. • Ensured accordance between operational priorities, clinical ambition and vision through clinical networks and Boards. A highly successful collaboration achieved within set timescales, and in budget involving significant multiagency, multiprofessional and user engagement. I was appointed as the senior operations manager to oversee the day-to-day management and co-ordination of maternity, neonatal, gynaecology, and paediatrics acute provision across three hospital sites. I was the Operational lead on local Trust merger project, a large-scale transformation project involving clinical redesign, workforce redesign, and clinical integration across multiple sites. Ensured close alignment between operational and clinical objectives, priorities, and aspirations by engendering a partnership approach and collaborative style to divisional leadership. Key Accomplishments • Facilitated and navigated complex staff group dynamics and communications as well as supporting clinicians adjusting to their new leadership roles as an aid to clinical integration.• Successfully led clinical workshops to devise a new and integrated clinical strategy, devised a robust and responsive communication strategy to actively engage diverse staff groups across multiple sites.• Successfully oversaw closure of departments and safe transfer of activity to neighbouring trusts whilst spearheading an effective user engagement and communication strategy.
