Initiated a research study that evaluated an early childhood development program to determine effectiveness in improving levels of parenting stress, parenting behavior, and child development. Collaborated with Early Childhood Center of Excellence leadership and community stakeholders to push forward community programs, partnership development, and research engagement.

Provided direct injury prevention services (i.e. safety counseling and resource provision) to Children's Center patient and families. Assisted with the planning, implementation, and evaluation of all injury prevention programs by developing outreach educational materials and managing volunteer support at outreach events.

Advanced local development through the construction of a water supply system to increase access to portable water for 235 families of low socioeconomic status and the construction of 55 latrines to help mitigate the risk of fecal-oral disease transmission and improve overall sanitation. Reduced risk of infant and maternal mortality with the Ministry of Public Health, reducing incidences of diarrhea, respiratory infections, basic colds, tropical diseases, and malnutrition.
