I began my career in 1988 in Nashville, TN as a defined contribution benefits administrator. My first introduction to Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs) was in 1991 and I continue to work with 401(k) and ESOPs, typically in combination. Clients range from the small closely held companies with under 500 employees to large publicly held companies with an international presence.
