As the Growth Director of Thrive CoWorking for Women, I wake up everyday thinking about how we can not only grow our members, but how we can grow our influence in the coworking and female professional space. The space was founded for women, by women and provides a supportive community for working women to thrive. I lead the marketing and sales efforts of our coworking space and continue to look for new opportunities for Thrive to be a leader in Gilbert.

At Palette Collective I was lucky enough to work with the company's Visionary to bring growth in many areas of the company. We collaborated on a Marketing Strategy focused on building brand and awareness to the company, and featuring the people integral to the brand. We utilized social and tested many different digital platforms, including paid media, to share the heart and soul of the company to Palette's audience.I also introduced the company to the Entrepreneurial Operating System outlined in the book Traction by Gino Wickman that we implemented into the Marketing and Operations division.
