Lead Consultant on the development of Triple R’s 2025-29 Strategic Plan, encompassing industry and audience research, extensive community consultation, workshop facilitation and design/writing of the strategic and implementation plans. Associate Consultant on the comprehensive review of Victorian government support for the small-to-medium museum sector, commissioned by Creative Victoria. Tasks involved interviewing 30+ sector and government stakeholders, drawing on global research and developing an extensive report with recommendations for the Minister for Creative Industries.

CANSTAR is an online platform that rates and compares financial and consumer products in Australia and New Zealand. As a member of the board, I monitor the financial performance and strategic direction of CANSTAR with particular emphasis on improving the online user experience in the highly competitive FinTech sector.

West Space is the leading independent contemporary visual arts organisation in Naarm/Melbourne's inner-north, supporting the next generation of artists in Australia and building communities around contemporary art and ideas.

I co-led the Australian Art Orchestra (AAO), a company of diverse professional musicians working across disciplinary and cultural divides, throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. Across three streams - live performance, recordings and professional development, the AAO provides a platform for experimental practices in sound and music. My achievements in the role include securing multi-year funding from the Victorian government ($400,000), upgrading the company's financial controls and processes, establishing a customer relationship management system, and navigating the succession of its Artistic Director of ten years.

I worked on the Australia Research Council grant, 'Is architecture art? A history of categories, concepts and recent histories,' a collaborative project between the University of Queensland and Ghent University. My particular focus was looking at how cultural institutions engage with architecture, and my research cases included the Met Breuer (New York) and the Centre Pompidou (Paris).

At QAGOMA I coordinated the annual strategic planning process in line with statutory requirements and State cultural policies. I was also involved in multi-disciplinary projects, such as the digital innovation group, and took the lead for managing the intellectual property audit and annual strategic risk assessment. While working at QAGOMA I have delivered presentations on strategic planning and risk, as well as the implications of digital technologies for museum at conferences in New Orleans (2016) and Cleveland (2017).

As research assistant to Hans Ulrich Obrist compiled dossiers on potential participants in the 89plus Serpentine Gallery Marathon and architects for the 2014 Serpentine Pavilion. In addition, I prepared questions and transcribed Hans Ulrich Obrist’s interviews with Ai Wei Wei, Michel Perec and Rem Koolhaas, as part of The Interview Project.

As research intern I provided contemporary art specialists with historical auction sale figures, and comprehensive exhibition and provenance information for consignments. I also wrote catalogue entries for artworks included in the Contemporary Day and Evening Sales.

Equator Arts Project is a not-for-profit gallery located at Gillman Barracks in Singapore that promotes contemporary artists from Southeast Asia through a programme of exhibitions, talks and publications. My job involved interviewing artists in Yogyakarta and Singapore for the catalogue of the inaugural exhibition, ‘Marcel Duchamp in Southeast Asia’.

My position at the BPI involved orientating visitors within the Centre Pompidou and responding to enquiries in French and English, particularly in relation to the arts, music, media and self-directed learning sectors. In addition, I prepared and hosted weekly English conversation classes, adapting to different interests and levels of fluency of the museum’s public.

During my fellowship in arts administration at the Sydney Symphony I coordinated the Sydney Sinfonia and Sydney Symphony Fellowship auditions and researched international arts education programs to help assess the effectiveness of the methods and approaches undertaken.
