My primary role involves supporting store leadership by maintaining operations during my shift, communicating pertinent information, monitoring production efficiency, holding the team accountable to company standards and procedures, and assisting in the training and coaching of team members. Specific responsibilities include prioritizing and delegating tasks for baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning while leading the cookie crew team, predicting the flow of business during a successful shift, building orders, suggestive selling, baking, and interacting with customers.

Point person at the front of the store for interacting with customers, as well as tasked with baking cookies and keeping up with product/product quantity.

Bagging customer items, helping customers to their vehicles, collecting shopping carts, assisting customers with propane tank exchanges, some stocking, and general floor and break room cleaning.
