I am currently a QA and Test Analyst within Co-operative Energy IT. I began this role after providing support during the phoenix test phase based on the business area I was working within, whilst supporting I realised that I enjoyed the challenge of the role and therefore applied and was successful in gaining the role on a permanent basis. A key aspect of this role is ensuring that all work is completed within deadlines whilst ensuring that other areas of the business are kept informed on progress. I particularly enjoy the planning aspect of testing in which I obtain the business requirements and map out scenarios based on these to ensure all key aspects are tested.

Whilst working within the billing department I was responsible for processing payments made using the online portal and cheques, in addition I was responsible for resolving issues with customers’ bills. I also spent time working with customer service to resolve billing issues on the spot.
