I've decided to take the leap and pursue my dream career! I have studied and prepared to be a developmental editor for fiction manuscripts from up-and-coming writers. I'm still gaining experience, but that just means I'll PROVE to you that I'm the best fit for the job. Allow me to sample edit your first 1000 words for free to see if we're compatible. I first started my career as a video editor. I began at CNN as an intern in 2018, working in the marketing department. I chose the best video content for promotions before moving to scripts. While video editing may seem different, it allowed me to develop my keen eye for detail and an understanding of reaching a target audience. After marketing, I moved to CNN's International department, where I wrote and copy edited scripts and edited video for live air.
