Blockchain Builders Fund comprises Stanford Blockchain Community Leaders and Lecturers, working closely with technical students, and alumni, to help inspire, build, and invest in technology and applications driving widespread blockchain adoption.

Was asked to help develop and co-teach a course on Crypto/Web3 Entrepreneurship with Kun Peng, founder of the Stanford Blockchain Accelerator, Mike Lyons, Adjunt Professor of MS&E, and an incredible team from the Stanford Blockchain club. We've invited leading speakers in the space to dive into every aspect of Crypto/Web3 venture building to help seed and support the Crypto/Web3 entrepreneurship community at Stanford.

As head of the Stanford Blockchain Accelerator, I've helped build the accelerator structure and program, and work with an incredible team to manage program operations. Twice a year we select compelling web3/decentralized projects coming out of the Stanford ecosystem into the accelerator and support them across strategy, GTM, fundraising, and general venture operations. It's exhilarating to help seed the future of web3 and crypto as we know it!

Volunteer position supporting government relations for Covid Act Now, and Product Manager and Lead Developer of CAN's custom modeling tool (link below).Our mission is to maximize saved lives by creating a shared understanding of the state of COVID at a local level. Our models have been leveraged by military, state, county, corporate, and other organizations to better understand COVID in their vicinity and to make informed decisions on policy and resource allocation. It is also accessed by millions each day to understand the state of COVID near them, transparently.

Gil cofounded Eagles & Pandas with veteran blockchain expert Emily Liu to advise and invest in distributed blockchain related ventures. Gil helped analyze the underlying technology of various projects for viability, led investment in high potential ICO's including Dfinity, Rhune, Sifchain, and provided strategic advisory to blockchain related projects on their go-to-market strategy including VeChain, Moeco, Dbrain among others.

Following Eccella's acquisition by NGDATA in June of 2017, Gil supported the subsequent integration effort. System was capable of testing hundreds of devices for characterization, rigorous high voltage and high temperature stress tests and subsequent characterization. System would record all data (via Labview software control), analyze and build reports for R&D department.
