As a product manager, I am motivated by the challenge of de-comping complex problems and working with cross-functional teams to build innovative products that improve the way businesses operate. After 2+ years as a Deployment Lead, I founded the Dynamic Scheduling team at Palantir. Having led the team that built custom scheduling solutions for United Airlines, I knew that there was both a substantial business opportunity to sell similar solutions elsewhere and that our core products lacked a way to efficiently build these tools at scale.An opportunity with a global mining company gave the Dynamic Scheduling team our start and since that first prototype we have deployed our app at 46% of Palantir’s private sector customers. In our first year alone we drove $16M in new revenue and expect exponential growth as we begin to partner with some of Palantir’s largest US Government customers.
