Even after equipment is installed, problems can arise. I help troubleshoot and solve hardware and network related issues. Assisting customer over the phone, through email, remotely, and in person. I have developed the flexibility to work independently or with a team to complete projects on time. This position gave me my core hardware and software experience. I worked on hundreds of personal computers, Mac and PC. I performed many tasks, from data back up, and hardware upgrades, to system troubleshoots, and complete builds from scratch.
