I have always been passionate about leading an active lifestyle through dancing, playing sports and engaging in dynamic exercise. I continuously seek to inspire positive energy through movement. My enthusiasm for dance and fitness encouraged me to become a NASM certified personal trainer and group exercise instructor. I have expertise in strength training, functional movement, balance/stabilization, core fit, flexibility, nutrition, TRX, circuit training, and metabolic conditioning. My personal training philosophy goes beyond simply going through the motions and counting reps. It is about making the decision and commitment to change your life, and taking the necessary actions to make it a reality. Your mind and body are the most powerful and vital assets you have.
