I am a Customer Service Representatve (CSR) at CBBC. I am responsible for opening up Personal and Business checking accounts, Estate and Trust accounts, Certificate of Deposits (CD's), IRA accounts, issuing instant debit cards on existing accounts, etc. I also provide professional and confidential customer service by handling customer financial transactions like deposits, withdrawals, transfers, issuing cashier checks, completing wire transfers, processing loan payments, and more. Additional responsibilities include handling cash, answering telephones, advising customers of additional services that CBBC bank has to offer and gathering information for monthly reports.CBBC Bank was organized in 1973 as a locally-headquartered , independent community bank with local ownership, and remains that way today. Elavon is a wholly owned subsidiary of U.S. Bank. I started working at Elavon in the Customer Service department in November 1994 and was later promoted to Assistant Manager. In February 2002, I accepted a position in the Legal Department as a Case Manager. At that point, I started working with outside counsel throughout the United States to pursue the Elavon merchant accounts that went into collections. In addition to the collection account case load, responded to subpoena's, discovery requests, customer complaints, and so much more.
