Ensuring to empower and offer fair opportunity to all team members in writing their career journeys and unleashing full talent potential.- Contribute to the evaluation, development and mapping of the AVMs and VMs according to their contribution towards visual goals.- Together with Regional Visual Manager and AVMs, identify and build strong visual talent pipeline through regular store visits and feedback.- Support Area Managers to set and follow up on development plans for AVMs.- Contribute to AVM’s yearly dialogue with constructive feedback to AM and RVM.- Support, deliver and follow-up on quality visual trainings according to global expectations.
