I founded the 501c(3) nonprofit, National Council on Relationships and Disability, Inc. in 2019 to improve the psychosocial, emotional, physical, interpersonal, and intimate health and wellness of individuals by enhancing clinical applications and patient outcomes via higher education and professional development. Key Accomplishments:- Developed & executed a comprehensive distance learning program for international beauty professionals via virtual education inclusive of: curriculum & training manual, daily online classes, weekly one on one coaching & mentoring meetings, quarterly and annual program performance reviews.

As the first ever Director of Education for La Palm Products / Gel II, I initiated the La Palm Leadership & Artistry Academy (LLAA). By employing the company's mission to provide comprehensive education of La Palm® Products while incorporating innovative techniques and current trends in the industry, I led the company to 300% year over year sales growth which also led to the organization being named 2014 NailPro Reader's Choice Award Best in Gel Polish. Key Accomplishments:- Composed La Palm Leadership & Artistry Academy Educator Manual. - Planned, implemented, and executed LLAA three-day educator training. Recruited, hired, trained, and managed travel, schedules, and payroll for 18 Regional Educators and 2 National Educators.- Managed the execution of Go-To-Market strategies by partnering with key internal and external stakeholders.- Acquired new national and international distribution clients.

-Initiated the Gelish brand participation in New York Fashion Week-Multiple media placements and increased brand awareness through education classes

Planned, implemented, and evaluated daily Recreational Therapy programming and bi-weekly community outings for residents of a 60-bed long term care facility. Prepared and executed departmental annual fiscal budget and associated contracts. Created a bi-monthly periodical for residents and staff reflective of current news and events.Key Accomplishment - Initiated, executed, and evaluated the first Horses for Heroes Therapeutic Horseback riding program in Delaware. - Initiated & managed Massage Therapy & Cyber Café programs that included assistive technology instruction and application, word processing, & internet education.
