Main experience and skill-set includes: training and development; diversity and inclusion work; coaching and consulting; leadership, management and supervision; creating and sustaining customer and staff engagement; and project development and oversight. My vision is a world where everyone has the access, equity, and acceptance they deserve as humans in order to reach our greatest potential. My mission is to serve others in a collaborative atmosphere in which I use relational and analytical problem-solving to further the goals and principles of equity, accessibility, and inclusion.Some key accomplishments:- Co-founded two First Generation Employee Resource Groups (ERG)- Have personally coached or advised over 1,000 students, professionals, and individuals- Created over 100+ training/development slide decks and have created training curriculum for over 1,500 through my career (and for groups up to 75 at once). - Facilitated and trained on a wide range of topics from Unconscious Bias to Goal Setting to First Generation Advocacy to Behavior Change to Imposter Phenomenon & Stereotype Threat.
