During my time with Thomson, partly through the comprehensive communications that I and my team have delivered we have seen a step change in the annual engagement survey response rates and scores. This has been achieved through a suite of communications channels including manager off-sites, show and tell airport visits, company intranet, extensive use of webcasting, the airline magazine, newsletters and monthly team brief process. I am currently working on the processes to deliver a consistent communications function to our newly integrated Northern Region Airlines.
