As a Human Resources Assistant at 5 Points Electrical, Inc., I provide administrative and operational support to the HR department, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in all HR processes and transactions. I handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, using various HR software and tools. I also assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, as well as the coordination and communication of HR initiatives and programs.I have a degree in Business Accounting from Interactive College of Technology-Chamblee, where I gained a solid foundation in accounting principles, practices, and software. I have applied my accounting knowledge and skills to enhance the financial management and reporting of the HR department, as well as to support the budgeting and forecasting of HR activities and projects.
