 Total 13+ experience in Process industry and Air Pollution Control Equipment. Basic Knowledge of Plant Operations and Equipment. Hand On experience of erection and Commissioning of Spray Dryers, Flash dryers, FGD system, Fluidised paint stripping plant, Spray Cooler Plant, Jaggery Plant, Hot Air Generators, Air Pollution Control Equipment- Bag Filter, Cyclone, Spark Strap, Divertor valve, Multi -Cyclone, Water Pre-heaters, Scrubbers etc. Breakdown and Maintenance of Plants. Co- Ordination with Customer and Site Contractors. Knowledge of GA drawings and P&I diagram. Preparation of Motor Load list and Instrument list as per design P&I diagram. Preparation of Control Panel Inquiry as per project. Inspection and testing of MCC, VFD, PCC and PLC Panels as per Control Logic. Involvement with Purchase department for bought out selection. In-house bought out/Instrument inspection and Testing as per Purchase order and data sheet and generate Test report of material.. Preparation of Site Cable Schedule and its Costing as per Motor Load list and Instruments List and GA drawing. Final Plant trial and Handover of Project to Customer. Inquiry of Spare parts and its follow up with customers.
