• Responsible for monitoring and execution of various construction activities such as material survey, construction of embankment, sub-grade, granular sub-base, Wet Mix Macadam, Profile Correction Course, DBM, BC, Casting of Kerbs design of bitumen mix, review design of pavement, laying of pavement.• Supervise, co-ordinate and monitor the work; Traffic management during Construction period.• Responsibilities included overall supervision of the physical progress of highway work using modern Project Management Techniques to ensure execution of the project within the time schedule avoiding time and cost overruns.• Duties includes review profile of highway, horizontal alignment, vertical profile furnished by the contractor along with supporting data.• Review the entire Project preparation and implementation activities of the Contractor.• Checking all the designs and working drawings prepared by the contractor for the construction of various components of the highway, estimates, reports.• Ensure that road safety measures are followed during construction as per IRC: SP55-2001.• Coordinating and regulating the activities of other experts to ensure smooth functioning of the Construction.

• Working on Traffic Survey & analysis required for project.• Working on Road inventory survey,• Working on Pavement condition survey.• Lay out of culverts and bridges and alignment of structures and highway.• Preparation of DPR Reports, assistance in preparation of Plan & Profile.• Verification of materials for their suitability in the construction.• Scheduling of various resources measurement of works.• Working on estimation work of project.• Responsible for coordination with client, Govt. departments and attending overall meetings & site visits related to project.• Preparation of Forest proposal up to taking clearance from competent authority of Forest dept.• Preparation of Land acquisition proposal & online LA process on portal.• Coordination with CALA regarding Land Acquisition.

• To check all the structural components and block work + plastering (internal and external).• Management of materials demand and supply time to time on the site.• Preparation of estimates.• Coordination & dealing with the client Engineers for execution of work.• Coordination & dealing with Architect, RCC electrical and plumbing consultant.• Execute all the site work with safety requirements i.e., from excavation to finishing work.
