Currently working with LTA school of beauty, having two years of working experiences in product and sales Trainer. working as a seniour trainer in patna bihar OJT (on job trainer)main Focus to train BAs, on product knowledge, grooming, consultations and communication skills.also focusing on sales part - motivate BAs to focus on sales, do cross sale up sale and need generations to imporove sales. putting efforts on BAs selling skill and rapport build with shopper.i am looking for better platform in the same position on job trainer or in TL designation.
