Greetings! I am Roshan Vijaykumar Jaiswal, a passionate and ambitious individual who believes in achieving goals through hard work and dedication. I am a student with a strong background in business management and administration, majoring in entrepreneurship. I am also proficient in communication, report writing, data entry, and accounting.I pursued my education in Business Management and Administration with a major in Entrepreneurship at Northern Virginia Community College, as part of the Community College Initiative Program. I have also completed two years of my Bachelor's degree in Arts (Sociology) from the University of Mumbai, and I am expected to complete my last year by 2023.I have gained valuable experience and skills through my work with Green Communities Foundation, where I work as a Waste Management Expert. In this role, I trained companies, schools, and communities on the best practices for waste management to preserve the environment. I also trained housekeeping staff employed by companies and communities about the composting process, designed measurement and evaluation processes to assess the effectiveness of the process, optimized the quality of work and processes by conducting quality assurance checks, and performed daily report writing and data analysis.I further expanded my experience by working with Unity for Equality in the Business Development Department, where I researched and developed small businesses to connect, shared updates about the process, and sent invitations to small businesses for collaboration.In addition to my professional experience, I have also dedicated my time to volunteering with more than ten organizations, completing over 100 hours of volunteering. I am a strong believer in giving back to society, and I am passionate about making a positive impact in my community.Overall, my diverse experiences have instilled in me a strong work ethic, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a desire to make a difference in the world. I am always eager to take on new challenges and learn new skills, and I am confident that I can contribute positively to any team or organization.
