My job profile in this company was as Finance controller cum manager and I did the following duties as below:1. Making monthly, quarterly and half-yearly report from all entered data to prepare the company’s various report i.e. profit and loss statement, revenue/expenditure statement, secured/unsecured loans interest details, taxation (i.e GST, TDS and Advance Tax, etc.), bills receivable/payable statement with age-wise of various customers and vendors, cash/bank reconciliation statements, Assets Sale/Purchase register and other report.2. Making a budget in every quarter to control expenditures and find out to stop the unnecessary expenses or cost (if any).3. Liaising with banks, vendors, and customers for making strong relations, so that they can prioritize the opportunity to save our costing, discounts, and payments.4. Compiling all taxes return i.e. GST, TDS, Income tax, Advance Tax, ESIC and PF, coordinate with our chartered accountant as well as depositing the taxes before their due dates. 5. Increasing funds by insisting from all sources i.e. through vendor’s credit facility, banks, financial institutions and advance payments from the customer.
