As an EPC HSE Trainer in an Aramco Project , my role is multifaceted and essential in ensuring the well-being of employees and the overall success of the organization's health, safety, and environmental initiatives. In addition to developing and delivering training programs, i am responsible for conducting thorough assessments of training needs, designing customized programs to address specific areas of improvement, and continuously evaluating the effectiveness of these programs through various metrics and feedback mechanisms.Furthermore, i am responsibilities extend in creating engaging and interactive training materials that effectively communicate key concepts and promote a culture of safety within the workplace. Provide leadership and direction to HSE Trainers to ensure thorough and consistent implementation of HSE training and induction programs.Delivering the Training to Management and Site employees Setting training objectives and ensure that HSE training KPIs and Matrix are met in line with the projects plan.Design, review and update health, safety, compliance and quality assurance training courses based on Management system , to meet the integrated management system (IMS) training needs and applicable legal requirements and other requirements.Work in liaison with HSE Manager and Project Manager to develop induction/training plan and schedule and communicate same to all relevant stakeholders (site supervisors/managers, contractor and client representatives/managers).Ensure that HSE training and induction programs are conducted effectively both in theory and practical including use of technology .Liaison with Admin and Management to ensure that training venues, materials, and logistics are available to achieve efficient training attendance and delivery.Ensure all necessary training equipment and materials are always in good maintenance state.Maintain an up-to-date documented information related to HSE trainings.Ensure HSE training programs are continually improved through an effective feedback process.Submit HSE training reports to the HSE Manager in line with company’s reporting protocols

Conducts analyses on special project assignments.Ensures preparation and delivery of all relevant training/training materials are compliant with all customer, governmental and Company directives and policies.Reviews and analyzes company accidents and historical claim experience to identify frequency or severity problems and loss trends. Conduct improvement projects based on findings to improve overall employee health and safety.Investigates and responds to employee safety concerns, unemployment claims, and workers compensation claims to provide high quality internal customer service.Periodically audits operational procedures and programs related to all aspects of the facility as training is developed and updated.
