My assessment plans enhanced the student's performance in school assessments by 22 % year-on-year.~ 𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙀𝙙𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 - content editing and development as per NEP 2020 for students from grade K-12 with a focus on application-based learning. This too contributed to a 22% yearly growth in students' grades.~ 𝙏𝙧𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 the newly onboarded teachers on the best suitable pedagogies in online and offline learning.~ Creating A Positive Learning Environment For Children in both online and offline settings. I inculcated storytelling methods to bring subjects like History to life. This in turn increased student attendance.~ Providing Crisp and Clear Solutions To Academic Queries Raised By Students. I was responsible for a newly initiated project to solve the one-on-one doubt of students.
