I have a passion which lies in the technological field and is aimed at creating solutions to real-life problems faced by businesses. In my dual role as CEO and Co-Founder of both Datiss Software Group and Team Insight, I have spent my career at helping businesses, whether large enterprises or SMEs, to improve productivity, collaboration, and innovation through AI-driven solutions.We at Datiss Software Group are on the other side when it comes to the development of software designed for large enterprises and organizations. The goal is to make everything run smoothly, managing the knowledge well, and even the organizations that are most complicated can work more efficiently.On the contrary, we at Team Insight have a different approach of empowering the SMEs. A platform that employs advanced AI technology to enhance HR productivity, employee engagement, and build a culture of continuous improvement has already been developed by us. Through the use of machine learning and natural language processing, we help the smaller businesses to grow as big as large enterprises in a smart way.Having been a Product Manager and Machine Learning Engineer myself before taking these leadership roles, I was involved in everything from conducting market research to developing and deploying ML models. I had a strong interest in the combination of technology and business, in terms of finding innovative ways that technical developments can help businesses.I strongly believe AI is the key to change how we do things, and I really look forward to moving forward with the company's digital transformation by providing necessary guidance through this process.
