In short, I’m a highly accomplished Change Management practitioner and leader with a proven track record of establishing practices, functions and teams.In working with people – executives, leaders, managers, teams and individuals – I recognise that personal change is critical to organisational change. And that to deliver sustainable benefits through end-to-end management of strategically aligned change we need people to understand the objectives, feel supported while adapting and be committed to the outcome. My background in Portfolio, Program and Project Management, along with my experience in facilitation and training, means that I understand both the project and the people side of the change you wish to make. In doing so I have been recognised for using my innovative and creative flair to ensure that my engagements and communications resonate and are effective at helping people adapt and thrive during change - all based on having fun, with serious intent.People engage me when they need to start a new Change practice, lift capability, deliver a change program, solve a problem, or shift an organisation’s mindset towards a particular goal.I’m always free for a chat over a (virtual) coffee.
