Responsibility: -  Project Procurement–from collecting technical specification, engineering drawing with part list, scope list, exclusion list, general purchase condition, other terms and condition as agreed in contract by customer. Participate in meetings with stakeholders to identify key deliverable, assist in preparing budget for marketing by doing cost estimates as per scope and to identify high level risks, assumptions and constraints. Prepare the Procurement (SOW) and terms of reference for RFQ from seller. Make Procurement Strategies for Contract types, source selection strategies, delivery strategies to identify key deliverable and achieve deliverable as per Quality Assurance plan, Quality Inspection plan. Float Enquiry for request for offer from short listed qualified seller based on our requirement. Conduct technical and commercial evaluation of the offers (including quality) and evaluate cost. Conducting techno-commercial negotiation various vendors with all design concession request required along with understanding of scope and exclusion.  Provide Recommendation for Contract Award & Release of LOI, PO and get acceptance signed on contract. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholder -design, engineering, quality, and inspection, accounts, finance, vendor and sub-supplier, transporter to align expectations and gain support. Contract Management, Order Execution includes manufacturing, shop floor and coordination in supply chain. Monitor Procurement activities by status review in order to keep track of all progress and verify compliance with project objectives to meet scope baseline, schedule baseline and cost baseline and milestone achieved. Develop the change management plan by defining how changes will be addressed and controlled in order to track and manage change also coordinate in providing design concession request. Resolving conflicts, expedite in order execution,http://www.gebr-pfeiffer.com/en/home.html
